Dahl,16, and pilot Ralph Keller were killed Sept. 18 while returning from Olivia’s flight lesson in Green Bay. Investigators say they were en route to the Ephraim-Gibraltar Airport when something went wrong and the plane crashed.

Keller had volunteered to take the Gibraltar student to and from the flight lesson.

The Federal Aviation Administration and NTSB are investigating the crash.
