Driver seriously hurt in collision with farm implement


KEWAUNEE COUNTY, Wis. (WBAY) – An Algoma man suffered substantial injuries when he crashed into the back of a farm implement on County Highway C in Kewaunee County Tuesday night.

The sheriff’s office says the farm implement was pulling a self-unloading wagon south on County C and turning east on Hawk Road in Lincoln township when it was struck from behind by a Honda Prelude.

The driver of the Prelude was flown by Eagle III rescue helicopter to a Green Bay hospital. The sheriff’s office doesn’t know his condition.

The 32-year-old man from Kewaunee driving the farm equipment wasn’t hurt.
