ARMSTRONG CREEK, Wis. (WBAY) – Three men were arrested early Saturday morning while harvesting a large marijuana grow in the town of Armstrong Creek, the Forest County Sheriff’s Office says.

The sheriff’s office says a citizen reported finding marijuana plants growing near property they own. The sheriff’s office Drug Task Force executed a search warrant.

They arrested a 51-year-old man from Waukesha, a 32-year-old man from Milwaukee and a 35-year-old man from Big Bend while they were harvesting plants. Authorities say the plants they seized totaled 600 pounds, authorities say.

Officers also found marijuana, cocaine and drug paraphernalia during the search of a home.

They’re being held in the Forest County Jail on suspicion of manufacturing THC, possession with intent to deliver, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Action 2 News is not identifying them before they’re formally charged.
