Menasha Police seek dog that bit woman in park

MENASHA, Wis. (WBAY) – The City of Menasha is looking for information on a dog that bit a woman in Jefferson Park.

It happened Tuesday, Oct. 11 at about 9:30 p.m.

Police say the victim was walking through the park when the dog came up and bit her right hand.

The woman suffered lacerations that were nearly an inch in length.

The dog could be a Lab with either black or dark brown fur.

The victim said the dog weighed no more than 60 pounds.

It had a red collar with tags on it.

The victim did not see a handler or anyone around the dog.
