Woman with terminal cancer makes first trip to Lambeau Field

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Sunday was a dream come true for a lifelong Packers fan from northern California.

Carolyn Cochrun has lived with breast cancer for many years, but doctors recently told her she only has months to live.

The Dream Foundation flew her and her son, Jim, to Green Bay for their first-ever Packers game. Both said it was an experience they’ll never forget.

“The atmosphere is electrifying, and it makes me like the Packers even more because they have the best fans,” Carolyn Cochrun said.

“Seeing her being able to make memories and being a part of that with her, it really means a lot,” Jim Cochrun said. “It really helps.”

The game crossed off an item from Carolyn Cochrun’s bucket list.
