BELLEVUE, Wis. (WBAY) – A fire that started outside a mobile home just outside Green Bay is under investigation by Brown County fire investigators.
The fire was reported at a double-wide mobile home on Bellevue Street just after 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Firefighters found smoke coming from outside and determined the fire likely started next to some garbage or recycling bins, Bellevue Fire and Rescue said.
There was damage to the siding of the home and garage but no injuries. The only person in the home got out with their pet before firefighters arrived.
Firefighters spent about 90 minutes putting out the fire, making sure it hadn’t spread into the structure, and ventilating the home.
