GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Children from the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Green Bay got to enjoy some fine dining Tuesday night — and listen to a special guest.
A Dr. Seuss-themed steak and burger event served burgers to guests and steak dinners only to kids.
“It helps us signify and really demonstrate that our kids are always going to come first,” Stephanie Nespoli of the Boys & Girls Club said.
The event featured raffles, a “silent giving” auction, an inflatable photo booth, and a visit from Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
This is the 10th year for the steak and burger event.
It raises money for the club’s youth arts initiative.
