MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A University of Wisconsin student charged with sexually assaulting and choking a woman is expected to face additional charges after investigators say they were contacted by dozens of other women.
Police say officers searching Alec Cook’s Madison apartment found a black book with names of women he had met and what he wanted to do with them, including his sexual desires.
The 20-year-old student, who has been suspended by the university, faces nine charges involving a woman who says she was strangled and assaulted at his apartment Oct. 12. Cook has denied the allegations. A call to his attorney by The Associated Press wasn’t immediately returned.
Dane County prosecutors have said additional charges will be filed involving three other women. Cook has a court appearance Thursday.
