GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) was in Green Bay on Sunday to campaign with U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin).
Cotton said he believes Republicans will come out on top in Wisconsin’s election. That includes the presidential race between Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton.
“I think that Wisconsin is going to vote for Donald Trump,” he said. “I think that America is ready for a change. They know that Hillary Clinton has been at this for 25 years. She’s not going to deliver the kind of change we need.”
Cotton was in Green Bay on the same day as Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Kaine, who campaigned for Clinton at UW-Green Bay.
