GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Some good news for your wallet: gas prices in the Green Bay area are down about 9 cents from last week, according to the website Gas Buddy.
The average cost per gallon of regular unleaded in the Green Bay area is about $2.00, well below the national average of $2.17/gallon.
Some stations in Green Bay are selling gas as low as $1.93/gallon.

- Down 1.4 cents from Sunday
- Down 8.7 cents from last Monday
- Down 19.9 cents from last month
- Down 29.1 cents from last year
Gas Buddy says oil prices are sliding and supply is outpacing demand.
“While all eyes should remain on OPEC’s reaction and coming meeting, motorists will likely continue to see the national average falling this week, catching up to the fall in oil prices, which now have taken oil to the lowest level since March,” says Patrick DeHaan, senior petroleum analyst at GasBuddy.com.
