Two men face charges in Green Bay armed robberies, car thefts


GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Green Bay Police have announced the arrests of two people in connection to a series of armed robberies and vehicle thefts.

Police say Joshua J. Stutleen, 34, and Jose A Roman-Zayas, 26, are being held in the Brown County Jail on probation violations. The department says they will be charged with Armed Robbery and Auto Theft.

Green Bay Police have been investigating these crimes since September. Investigators say the suspects stole vehicles and used them during hold ups at gas stations and convenience stores.

The department has tied the Green Bay men to six armed robberies and four car thefts. Police did not say which locations the duo targeted.

Stutleen was arrested on Nov. 12. Roman-Zayas was arrested on Nov. 16.
